JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents no.2 and 3 for registration of criminal case under Sections 302, 120-B IPC, against respondents no.4 to 7 and other unidentified persons for murdering husband of the petitioner.

(2.) HEARD . Contends that despite representation, Annexure P2, having been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, FIR has not been registered by the police.

(3.) HENCE , in view of the aforementioned legal proposition, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to approach learned Illaqa Magistrate.
