PLAINTIFF Prem Sabharwal has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning order dated 12.5.2012, Annexure P/1 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Jalandhar, thereby condoning delay in filing first appeal which has been filed by defendant no. 12/respondent no. 1 herein Joginder.

(3.) THE application was resisted by the plaintiff by controverting averments of the appellant before the lower appellate court.
