PREM CHAND AND ANOTHER Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common order three petitions bearing Criminal Misc.No.M-37607 of 2010 preferred by Prem Chand and Vidya Devi, Criminal Misc.No.M-32 of 2011 filed by Baljeet Singh and Harbhajan Kaur and Criminal Misc.No.M-483 of 2011 preferred by Harmeet Singh shall be decided together.

(2.) Reena Devi-aggrieved wife had lodged a case FIR No.205 dated 2.12.2010 registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula under Sections 323, 406, 420, 498-A and 506 IPC.

(3.) Prem Chand father-in-law, Vidya Devi mother-in-law, Baljeet Singh elder brother of the husband (Jeth), Harbhajan Kaur wife of Baljeet Singh (Jethani) and Harmeet Singh husband have sought pre-arrest bail in the above-said FIR.
