JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN pursuance of the order dated 30.7.2012, passed by this Court, the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and furnished their bail bonds. It is a cross case.

(2.) WITHOUT expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. The petitioners shall remain on bail during the pendency of the trial.
