JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(2.) Crl.M. application has been filed seeking suspension of sentence of applicant-appellant No.1 Samunder Singh during the pendency of the appeal.

(3.) The FIR in the case has been registered on the statement of Ajit Singh (PW9). It is stated by the complainant (PW9) that they were three brothers. The elder brother Brahmjit had died. Besides, Daljit (deceased) was his younger brother. There was a plot near their house on which Samunder (applicant-appellant No.1) and his sons (Jitender-appellant No.2) and Deepak (a proclaimed offender) were trying to take forcible possession.
