JUDGEMENT

(1.) Crl.Misc.No.8941 of 2012 and Crl.Misc.No.A-112-MA of 2012 The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 187 days in filing the application under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('Cr.P.C.' for short), seeking leave to file appeal against the impugned judgement of acquittal.

(2.) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, this court is convinced that delay has been sufficiently explained and the same deserves to be condoned.

(3.) In view of the above, the delay of 187 days is condoned and the application is allowed.
