JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Jaggu @ Nami Chand son of Satish has preferred the instant petition for regular bail, in a case registered against him by means of FIR No.11 dated 22.01.2011 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 IPC, by the police of Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar, invoking the provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, having gone through the record with their valuable help and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
