GURPREET SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Gurpreet Singh son of Harjaswant Singh has applied for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case, registered against him alongwith his other co-accused, vide FIR No.60 dated 2.8.2011 on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under sections 404, 498-A and 506 IPC by the Police of Police Station Khelchian, District Tarn Taran, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was given to the respondents.

(3.) IT is not a matter of dispute that the parties have amicably settled their dispute, by means of compromise deed dated 3.4.2012 and affidavit of complainant Sukhpreet Kaur (respondent No.2).
