JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.89 dated 28.02.2012 under Sections 420/467/468/471/506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar.

(2.) Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the plot was mortgaged with the bank in the year 1996 and at that time petitioner was not the manager of the bank.

(3.) Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Mohan Singh, has submitted that petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation.
