JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar i.e. respondent No.2 is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law on application dated nil (Annexure P-5), made to him by the petitioners.

(2.) AS per averments made in the petition both the petitioners are major. Date of birth of petitioner No.1-Navpreet Kaur, as per copy of certificate of Secondary School Examination, Annexure P-1, is 29.11.1992 and date of birth of petitioner No.2�Manjinder Singh as per copy of certificate of Matriculation Examination, Annexure P-2, is 06.09.1967. They got married on 30.07.2012 as per Anandkaraj Certificate, Annexure P-3. Photographs of the marriage are Annexure P-4.
