JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two civil revisions.

(2.) The husband has filed the petition challenging the order passed by the learned court below granting maintenance @ Rs. 20,000/- to the wife and two children living with her, whereas the wife has filed the petition seeking enhancement of maintenance.

(3.) The application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short, 'the Act') was filed by the wife in a petition under Section 9 of the Act filed by the husband. In that application, the learned court below had directed the husband to pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- per month to the wife and two children born out of the wedlock.
