JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavit dated 21.09.2012 filed on behalf of Joginder Singh son of Jasmer Singh-complainant is taken on record.

(2.) This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioners against judgment dated 06.01.2005 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Kurukshetra, thereby dismissing the appeal preferred by the petitioners against the judgment and order dated 26/27.04.2002 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pehowa.
