JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defendant Shyam Lal has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning order dated 16.11.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, thereby dismissing application of defendant-petitioner for amendment of written statement.

(2.) None has appeared for the respondents in spite of many adjournments.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner is also not assisting the Court having not prepared the case.
