(1.) CM No.14812-CII of 2012 Allowed as prayed for. CR No.3459 of 2012

(2.) DEFENDANT No.1-Gram Panchayat, Nimnabad has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 11.05.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Safidon, thereby dismissing application moved by defendant No.1/petitioner for dismissal of the suit without trial.

(3.) PLAINTIFF alleged in his reply that neither defendant No.1 has passed any order of removal of the plaintiff nor has paid salary for the previous period.
