JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of appropriate order or direction for protecting the life, liberty and property of the petitioner from respondent Nos. 5 to 8.

(2.) Respondent No. 8 is reported to have died during the pendency of the present petition.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, submits that proceedings under Section 107, Cr.P.C., have been initiated against the private parties and they have furnished the security bonds before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala. Thereafter, there is no apprehension of any sort to the petitioner.
