JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4.

(2.) REPLY has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same has been perused.

(3.) AN application was also moved by the petitioner before the District Police Office, Gurdaspur regarding his alleged false involvement in FIR Nos.58 of 2011, 60 of 2011 and 68 of 2011 and the same has also been inquired into.
