JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 149 dated 26.03.2012 under Sections 419/420/120B IPC, registered at police station Civil Lines, Hisar, Haryana.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

(3.) IT is further submitted that Jeet Ram, who is a BPL card holder, is also working with the petitioner and that applications for seeking information under the Act used to be filed in the name of Jeet Ram and the same were also used to be signed by him. IT is further submitted that hence, it cannot be said that any offence has been committed by the petitioner if he has used the information as sought by Jeet Ram under the Act for filing complaints against the complainant.
