JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful plaintiff who was non-suited by both the Courts below in a suit laid by her for bare injunction, has come forward with the present second appeal.

(2.) Plaintiff-appellant has alleged in the plaint that the Rehabilitation Department, Punjab, is the owner of the suit property.

(3.) Defendants have contended in their written statement that the suit property is an evacuee property, vested originally in the Rehabilitation Department. One Gurcharan Singh purchased the same in public auction.
