JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has approached this Court by asserting that her candidature for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Mathematics) has been rejected and she has not been interviewed only on the ground that she possesses requisite experience from a College and she has not served as a Post Graduate Teacher (Mathematics).

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner, in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench in titled as Geeta Rani Vs. State of Haryana and others, CWP No. 14872 of 2012 decided on 06.08.2012, contends that the petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents for considering her claim in the light of the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in Geeta Rani's case (supra).

(3.) On considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the order passed by this Court in Geeta Rani's case (supra), which reads as follows:-
