JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application allowed, additional affidavit along documents are taken on record.

(2.) After issuance of notice of motion, various directions were issued. On 30.7.2012, it was ordered as under:-

(3.) In response thereto, Mr. Sameer Pal Srow, Joint Secretary to Govt. Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department has filed an affidavit in Court today, wherein it is stated that open drain has been covered and other measures are being taken for proper disposal of sewerage water of the area in dispute. Photographs regarding the work done have also been attached with the affidavit. It is further stated that as per direction issued by this Court, site was visited by the deponent on 7.9.2012. The local population was satisfied with the steps being taken.
