JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of criminal complaint dated 18.8.2003 (Annexure P-1) titled 'Smt.Chint Kaur vs. Sukhdev Singh and others' under Sections 323, 341, 352, 452, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC for short) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (the Act for short) as well as summoning order dated 10.1.2005 (Annexure P-2) under Sections 452, 341, 506, 149 IPC and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Contents of the complaint (Annexure P-1) read as under:-

(3.) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the opinion that the present petition deserves to be allowed.
