JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRAYER in the present petition is for marking an enquiry to the ADGP (Crime) Punjab Police, Chandigarh into the high-handedness of ACP Naginder Singh Rana who along with his police force gave severe beatings to the petitioners and also made the petitioner naked in front of the public and violated their fundamental rights as protected under the Constitution of India.

(2.) REPLY by way of affidavit of Sushil Kumar, PPS, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police-4, Ludhiana on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2, has been filed. As per the said reply, the complainants have withdrawn their complaint.
