JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in this appeal is the Award dated 6.10.2001 passed by Shri M.S.Sullar, learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa for enhancement of compensation.

(2.) Briefly stated Ms Mandeep Kaur minor daughter of Balvinder Singh filed claim petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act claiming compensation on account of injuries sustained by her in motor vehicular accident.

(3.) The claim set up by the claimant is that on 26.7.1998, she along with her parents were going in bus bearing registration No. PB-04D-9855 from Main Bus Stand, Sirsa to her native village Bhavdeen District Sirsa.
