JUDGEMENT

(1.) Civil Misc. No.2584 of CII of 2012 stands allowed and copy of the judgment dated 27.4.1994 Annexure P-3 is taken on record subject to all just exceptions.

(2.) Challenge in this revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is the order dated 7.11.2011 passed by Shri A.K.Singh Panwar, District Judge, Narnaul vide which the appeal preferred by one of the defendants against the order dated 20.4.2010 passed by Shri Pawan Kumar, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Narnaul was dismissed.

(3.) Briefly stated that plaintiff Raj Kumar filed suit for declaration and permanent injunction with the allegation that he is owner and in possession of one temple famous by the name "Kariya Wale Hanuman Ji" situated at Kojinda Ki Kuri, as detailed in the heading of the plaint is owned by the plaintiff and the defendants be restrained from interferring in the possession of the plaintiff and from receiving donations in respect of that temple.
