JUDGEMENT

(1.) Crl. Misc. No. 18024 of 2012 The applicant seeks condonation of delay of 137 days, in filing the application under Sec. 378 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure ('Cr.P.C.' for short), for leave to file an appeal against the judgment of acquittal.

(2.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the reasons given in the application are sufficient to condone the delay.

(3.) In view of the above, the instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein and delay of the 137 days is condoned.
