JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 11/12.11.2009, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, whereby the appellants-accused were convicted and sentenced as under:

(2.) After completion of the formalities, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was filed in the court. The accused appellants were charged under Sections 363, 376, 511, 506, 34 of IPC, to which, they did not plead guilty and claimed trial.

(3.) In order to substantiate the charge, the prosecution has examined as many as thirteen witnesses, which are as under:
