JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.14, dated 2.2.201, under Section 420 IPC substituted with Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District SBS Nagar.

(2.) I have heard learned the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.

(3.) IT has been stated by the petitioner that pursuant to the said order, he has already joined the investigation. However, it has been stated by both the parties that they have reconciled their differences and now they have started living together. It has been further stated by respondent no.2 that she is having no objection if interim bail granted in favour of petitioner is made absolute.
