(2.) FOR reasons mentioned in the application, which is accompanied by affidavit of counsel, delay of 75 days in re-filing the appeal is condoned. CM No.14993-CII of 2012

(3.) SUIT filed by plaintiffs was decreed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana vide judgment and decree dated 01.10.2007. Against said judgment and decree of the trial Court, three first appeals were preferred by different defendants. Learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana vide judgment dated 22.09.2011 allowed the said appeals and remanded the suit to trial Court for fresh decision after hearing both the parties. Feeling aggrieved, plaintiffs have filed this second appeal.
