JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenues Raj Kumar, son of the petitioner, and Jagdev, close relative of the petitioner from the illegal custody of respondent No.2.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the detenues are in illegal custody of respondent No. 2 since 2.12.2012.
