JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his legal notice (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law.

(2.) In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case the payment is found to be due to the petitioner, the same shall be released to it within one month of the decision.
