JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is for quashing of FIR No. 83 dated 25.6.2010 under Section 366 (Section 376 added later on) registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa (Annexure P1).

(2.) Heard counsel for the parties.

(3.) The aforesaid FIR has been registered on the statement of Jagraj Singh. The allegation in the aforesaid FIR was that on 23.6.2010 Satish Kumar @ Kaka and Harnek Singh have taken complainant's wife-Amandeep Kaur aged about 32 years against her will along with currency notes of Rs. 25,000/- and gold jewellery weighing 16 tolas from his house. The complainant's wife has gone missing and action be taken against the accused.
