JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 266 dated 18.06.2012, registered under Sections 323,324,307,34,120-B of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'the IPC') and 25/54/59 of Arms Act, at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

(2.) Short reply of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Jagadhri, District Yamunanagar on behalf of respondent No. 1 filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

(3.) Learned counsel contends that as per FIR the petitioner has been attributed lathi blow whereas the complainant has suffered two incised wounds with sharp edged weapon. No recovery has been effected from the petitioner.
