BALVIR KAUR Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The applicant is sister of the deceased Joginder Singh. She has filed this application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to file an appeal against judgment of acquittal dated 1.12.2011.

(2.) As per case of the prosecution, against all the respondents, it was an allegation that they had killed Joginder Singh brother of respondent Nos.4 and 5. Against them, an FIR No.7 was registered on 22.1.2011 in police station Guru Har Sahai, district Ferozepur for commission of offences under Sections 364, 302, 201 IPC.
