JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Sanjay Kumar son of Ram Lal has applied for anticipatory bail, in a case registered against him by means of FIR bearing No.75 dated 12.4.2012 for the commission of offence punishable under Section 420 IPC by the police of Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after deep consideration of the entire matter, to my mind, the instant petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
