(2.) LANDLADY Kiran Bhatia has filed this revision petition under section 15(6) of the Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973 (in short, the Act) assailing order dated 1.9.2011 passed by learned Rent Controller, Jagadhri and judgment dated 10.4.2012 passed by learned Appellate Authority, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri.

LEARNED Rent Controller vide impugned order dated 1.9.2011 assessed provisional rent of the demised property at the rate of Rs 500/- per month for 36 months for the purpose of tendering thereof by the tenant- respondent along with interest and costs. Petitioner-landlady filed appeal against the said order but the Appellate Authority vide impugned judgment dated 10.4.2012 held the appeal to be not maintainable against impugned order of the Rent Controller. Feeling aggrieved, landlady has filed this revision petition.
