JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Mahender Singh son of Kalu Ram, has directed the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him, by means of FIR No.336 dated 24.08.2012, on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, by the police of Police Station Dharuhera, District Rewari, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the petitioner is entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail in this context.
