(1.) THE present revision petition has been filed against judgment dated 21.04.2006 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal dismissing the appeal against judgment of conviction dated 14.01.2004 and order of sentence dated 15.01.2004 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kaithal.

(2.) IT has been reported by the Registry that show cause notice issued to petitioner has been received with the report that he has expired.
