(1.) The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.107 dated 16.03.2007 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh.
