JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.42 dated 22.03.2012, under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/120B IPC, registered at police station Jalalabad Sadar, District Ferozepur.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

(3.) THE same are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of accordingly. Crl.M.No.24490 of 2012 Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Crl.M.No.M-12037 of 2012
