(2.) Crl. Misc. No.25136 of 2012 Since the main appeal has been decided, so the present application for suspension of sentence has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.

(3.) Crl. Appeal No.2750-SB of 2011 Briefly stated, Station House Officer, Police Station Kalanaur sent Satnam Singh @ Babbu, Nishan Singh and Jaspal Singh to stand trial for the offence punishable under Sections 308/34, Indian Penal Code. Law was set in motion by recording the statement of complainant-Surinder Singh, who has stated that they were two brothers. He further stated that on 20.10.2006, he was sitting inside the STD Booth of his brother namely Amandeep Singh. At about 7.50 P.M., accused Satnam Singh @ Babbu armed with iron rod (saria), Nishan Singh having leather belt and Jaspal Singh empty handed, came there. They were also accompanied by one Minta. Accused started hurling abuses to his brother Amandeep Singh. Accused Jaspal Singh raised exhortation to catch hold and taught him a lesson for reporting the theft of electricity. Thereafter accused Satnam Singh gave blow by means of iron rod on the left side of head of Amandeep Singh. Amandeep Singh fell on the ground and became unconsious. Nishan Singh gave leather belt blow on his brother. Accused Minta also gave kick blow to Amandeep Singh.
