JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner-Parvinder Kumar son of Paramjeet Kumar, has preferred the instant petition for regular bail in a case registered against him, by means of FIR No.4 dated 05.01.2012, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC (the offence punishable under Section 376 IPC was added later on), by the police of Police Station Bhargo Camp Jalandhar City, invoking the provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition for regular bail deserves to be accepted in this context.
