DEFENDANT No.2 - Dr. Rajinder Partap Sambhi has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 10.12.2011 Annexure P-1 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana, thereby dismissing application Annexure P- 2 moved by the petitioner for permission to file written statement to amended plaint.

(3.) AFORESAID application Annexure P-2 has been dismissed by the trial Court vide order Annexure P-1, which is under challenge in this revision petition.
