JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Sec. 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 53 dated 28.03.2012, under Sections 326/324/323/148/149 Indian Penal Code, and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at police station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.
