GURSEWAK SINGH AND OTHERS Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, Gursewak Singh, Balraj Singh, Shamsher Singh and Rajvinder Kaur, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 36(1) of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995 and Section 420, IPC, in FIR No. 58, dated 3.6.2012, registered at Police Station, Kulgari, District Ferozepur.

(2.) At the very outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Pawanjeet Singh of Police Station, Kulgari, District Ferozepur, submits that in compliance of the order, dated 3.8.2012, passed by this Court, the petitioners did join the investigation and no more required by the police for any other purpose.
