JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 & 5.

(2.) IT is alleged that the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 16.05.1994 and an affidavit is attached as Annexure P/1 to that effect and petitioner No.2 is 26 years of age and is major and a copy of ration card is attached as Annexure P/2. Marriage of the petitioners was solemnised on 26.12.2012 according to Hindu Rites at Parcheen Kali Mata Mandir, Panchkula, Haryana. The copy of the marriage certificate is annexed as Annexure P/3 and photographs of the marriage are attached as Annexure P/4. The petitioners are seeking protection of their life and liberty at the hand of the private respondents and representation dated 26.12.2012 to respondent No.2 has been appended as Annexure P/5.

(3.) PETITIONERS are directed to appear before respondent No.3, who shall verify the age of petitioner No.1 and take necessary action in accordance with law.
