JUDGEMENT

(1.) After hearing counsel for the applicant, application is allowed. Delay of 90 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.

(2.) Allowed as prayed for.

(3.) Respondents accused made to face trial for commission of offences under Sections 307, 452, 427, 323, 382, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and also under Section 25 of the Arms Act in a complaint case filed by the applicant Kaka Singh. Vide judgment dated 09.11.2011 the respondents were acquitted. Applicant-complainant has filed this application under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to file an appeal against the above judgment.
