(3.) It was an allegation against them that they, on 24.6.1995, had caused injuries to Gurdeep Singh-applicant. ASI Tara Singh recorded statement of the injured-complainant, whereupon, FIR bearing No. 145 dated 26.6.1995 Police Station Sadar Patiala, was recorded against above named respondents. The Investigating Officer recorded statements of the witnesses, accused were arrested in the meantime and on completion of investigation, final report was put in Court for trial. Copies of the documents were supplied to the accused as per norms.
