(3.) Respondent Nos.1 to 5 were arrayed as accused in FIR No.135 dated 10.3.2010 police station Asand for commission of offences under Sections 363, 366, 376(g) read with section 120B and 506 IPC. It was an allegation against them that they, in conspiracy with each other, had kidnapped PW2 Rubi on 3.3.2010. Her forcible marriage was solemnized with respondent No.1 Subhash and rape was also committed upon her.
