JUDGEMENT

(1.) On January 10, 2012, this Court passed the following order:-

(2.) Thereafter, noticing the contentions raised on March 13, 2012, following order was passed by this Court:-

(3.) Thereafter, the complainants were impleaded as respondents No.2 and 3 and were issued notice for 3.4.2012. On 3.4.2012, this Court adjourned the case for 18.5.2012, to enable the parties to file an affidavit on behalf of the parties regarding settlement. On 18.5.2012, more time was sought to file the aforesaid affidavit. Till today, no such affidavit regarding compromise has been placed on record by the parties.
