JUDGEMENT

(1.) Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 11.05.2001 passed by the learned court below in the execution proceedings whereby, the appeal filed by Zile Singh-respondent No.1 was partly allowed and the matter was remanded back.

(2.) No one has appeared for the petitioner.

(3.) The status of the execution proceedings before the trial court was called for. Copy of the order passed by the trial court on 15.02.2002 has been received which reads as under:
